Welcome to the BUP Admission 2024. The admission portal is- admission.bup.edu.bd. There are four units for the admission into Bangladesh University of Professionals. The admission completes through various steps conducted one by one. The timeline for the BUP admission has been introduced. The BUP online application, admit card download, seat plan and the BUP Admission Result is available here to check. Also, the question patter and the mark distribution for each unit is shown. 

The four units are- FASS, FBS, FSSS and FST. One candidate can select multiple units for the admission test. But the candidate must pass the admission test to get a seat. The minimum pass mark is 40. After you fulfill the requirements, you can apply for the admission test. But among all the candidate, a short eligible list will be made. The selected candidates will be allowed to take part in the admission test. The final admission result will be released through the admission.bup.edu.bd website.

The instructions for the online application and payment is given here. The admit card and the seat plan will be released before the admission test. The test will be held in MCQ pattern. The merit list will be made on the basis of obtained GPA and the admission test marks. 

Bangladesh University of Professionals Admission

The BUP Admission is really important for the students who have just passed the HSC exam. Well, BUP is an army-run public university that offers several faculties for the admission.

The campus of BUP is located in Mirpur Cantonment. The official website of BUP is- bup.edu.bd. But the whole admission procedure completes through- admission.bup.edu.bd. But before you go for the application, you need to confirm that you are eligible for the admission. There is limited number of seats for each unit but the applicant number is increasing every year. 

Bangladesh University of Professionals Admission committee tries to conduct the admission procedure very quickly. In fact, after the admission test the admission result is published within a few days.

Requirements for the admission

There are a few criteria that each candidate has to meet to be eligible for the admission test. If anyone doesn’t meet the criteria then he/she cannot sit for the admission. You can submit online application through admission.bup.edu.bd if you are eligible. But the candidates who have got GPA-5 in SSC and HSC exam will get advantage. The Candidate have to pass the HSC Exam in 2024 or 2023. 

See the requirements for each unit-

• FASS- The Candidate has to obtain total GPA-9.00 in both SSC and HSC exam and GPA-4.50 individually.
• FBS- The Candidate has to obtain total GPA-9.00 in both SSC and HSC exam and GPA-4.25 individually.
• FSSS- The Candidate has to obtain total GPA-9.00 in both SSC and HSC exam and GPA-4.00 individually.
• FST- The Candidate has to obtain GPA-5.00 in both SSC and HSC Exam.

Online Application through admission.bup.edu.bd

If you are going to apply for the BUP Admission, then I have to gIve you some important information. First of all, it is to mention that there is deadline for the online application. You must submit the application before the last date. It is better to apply as soon as possible. 

Follow instructions for the online application- 

• The admission website is- admission.bup.edu.bd. Click on the link to access the website for the online application. 
• Click for ‘New Application’. Then a new interface will be appeared in front of you. 
• There enter all the academic and personal information
• Select your unit name there. You can choose multiple unit for the admission test. 
• Then upload your photo and signature. 
• Preview the application and submit.

Note: Please dont input any wrong information while submitting the application. Make the payment for units you have selected. 

Short Eligible Candidates List 2024

Among all the applicants, a short eligible list has been made. The candidates who are selected in this short list will be allowed to download the admit card and take part in the admission test. Official website admission.bup.edu.bd is publishing the short list.

BUP Admit Card Download

Bangladesh University of Professionals Admit Card 2024 is now available to download. If you have applied for the admission test then your admit card is now ready to collect. 

Candidates can download BUP FASS Admit Card, BUP FSSS Admit Card, BUP FST Admit Card from here. For downloading the admit card, you need to login into the BUP Admission portal- admission.bup.edu.bd. I am showing the way to find out and collect the BUP Admit Card PDF-

• Go to the admission portal (admission.bup.edu.bd) for your admit card which is the most important document to take part in the admission test. 
• Login there by entering the credentials. 
• After you login there, you will find the admit card in PDF format. 
• Download the PDF format and save it. 

Note: Please collect the print copy of the admit card. You must carry the admit card hard copy with you in the exam hall. 

BUP Seat Plan

All the candidates know that the admission test will be held in the only one campus of BUP. But as a candidate, you must know the detailed seat plan to take your sit. Without know the seat plan you cannot attend the admission test. 

BUP Seat plan has been published from the authority. Now, every candidate can know the detailed seat plan that is needed for the admission test.

BUP Admission Result

BUP Admission Result 2024 has been published. The BUP Admission Test Result is published through PDF files. Each unit admission results are published in separate PDF files. You have to download the PDF file of the admission result to know your results. 

The BUP Admission Result Merit List is made according to your admission test mark and previous GPA. The merit position is important for the final admission. Download the admission.bup.edu.bd results PDF file from here-
