gstadmission.ac.bd- GST Admission 2024 has been started. The Guccho Admission Notice is published by the GST authority. There are 24 public universities in this GST Admission System. There are many things to know about the admission system. First of all, you have to pass the admission test to get a seat in any university under GST. But before that you need to confirm that you are eligible to take part in the admission test.

Here, all the necessary information are provided. I hope these would help the admission candidates. The admission system is described. It includes- admission requirements for each unit, online application process, admit card information, the admission result, subject choice application and the final admission process. There are three units for the admission system- A Unit, B Unit and C Unit. One candidate can apply for only one unit according to his HSC Group. Lets dive into details-

At first, you should know that the official admission website is- gstadmission.ac.bd. You can submit your online application through this portal. Also the applicants will download their GST Admit Card and seat plan from this portal. The GST Admission Results will be published through this portal, the merit list students have to submit the subject choice application through it. Moreover, the final admission process has to be completed by it.

About GST-

The GST Admission System in Bangladesh was introduced in 2021. It allows applicants to apply to multiple public universities through a single application, reducing the need for separate entrance exams for each institution. This integrated system aims to simplify the admission procedures for all the public universities that are included in this system. Additionally, the GST (General, Science, and Technology) system ensures a more equitable and transparent selection process based on merit.

GST Admission Notice

The GST Admission Notice typically contains essential information for prospective university students. It includes details about application dates, eligibility criteria, and the list of participating universities. The notice also provides instructions on the application process, including how to fill out and submit the online application form. The notice depicts important dates for admission tests and necessary documents required for the application.

GST Admission Notice has been published through the gstadmission.ac.bd official website. But you dont need to visit the official website for the Guccho Notice. Rather that, you can download the GST Admission Circular PDF from here. 

The admission test date has been confirmed by the authority. A Unit, B Unit and C Unit admission test will be held in different dates. The admit card and the seat plan will be available before the test. 

Requirement For Admission

Students who have completed SSC Exam in 2020, 2021 and 2022 and completed HSC Exam in 2023 or 2024 can apply for this session admission. It means GST Accepts second timers to apply on gstadmission.ac.bd. However, you should check out unit-wise requirements. 

A Unit (Science)-

• Must have passed HSC or equivalent exams with a Science background.
• Minimum GPA-8.00 requirement in SSC and HSC combined; individually GPA-3.50 needed. 

B Unit (Humanities)

• Must have passed HSC or equivalent exams with a Humanities background.
• Minimum GPA-6.00 requirement in SSC and HSC combined; individually GPA-3.00 needed. 

C Unit (Business Studies)

• Must have passed HSC or equivalent exams with a Commerce background.
• Minimum GPA-6.50 requirement in SSC and HSC combined; individually GPA-3.00 needed. 

Note: Students from GCE can apply for the admission via gstadmission.ac.bd. In that case, the student has to convert his/her marks into grading system of Bangladesh. 

Admission Test Schedule

The admission notice published on gstadmission.ac.bd depicts the admission test dates for each unit. The dates are confirmed by the GST Admission committee and the date will not be changed.

Note: each unit exam will be start at 12 PM and it will end on 1:00 PM. It is to mention that each candidate has to take his/her seat at least 30 minutes before the exam starts. 

GST Admission Online Application gstadmission.ac.bd

The online application form is the most important thing for the this admission procedure. The applicant has to enter a lot of academic and personal information in the application form. Also the applicant has to upload his recent photo and upload a selfie. 

The online application process for the GST (General, Science, and Technology) admission system in Bangladesh involves several steps. Here’s a detailed overview:

• To start the application, go to the website- gstadmission.ac.bd. Click on ‘Start Application’ button. 
• Then a new interface will appear in front of you. You will see many fillable empty boxes there. 
• Please enter your personal and academic information which are required there. 
• Then upload your photo and selfie. 
• Select your unit. Be careful in this matter. Don’t make any mistake while selecting the unit name. 
• After then, preview the whole application and submit it. 

Note: You must provide a valid phone number. All the important messages will be sent to this phone number. You cannot change the number after submitting the application. 

Admit Card Download

You may already know that the GST Admit Card can be downloaded from the official website- gstadmission.ac.bd. Here I am showing you how you can collect your admit card by login. 

GST A Unit Admit Card, GST B Unit Admit Card and GST C Unit Admit Card is available by the same time. Though the admission test date is different. However, follow the given instructions to get your admit.

To download admit card-

• Go to the admission portal- gstadmission.ac.bd
• There you have to login with your User ID and Password
• Enter your User ID and Password one by one
• After you login, click on the ‘Admit Card’ option
• Then you will get the PDF file of the admit card

You must get a print copy of the admit card. The admit card contains several important information including your photo.

Seat Plan Information

The seat plan is very important for the candidates. No candidate can take part in the admission test without knowing the seat plan. 

The GST Seat plan is revealed two days earlier of the admission test date. Whenever the seat plan is disclosed, you need to check it without any delay. GST A Unit Seat Plan, GST B Unit Seat Plan and GST C Unit Seat plan can be checked from here. 

How to check GST Seat Plan-

To get your seat plan, you need to login into the gstadmission.ac.bd portal. You will see the detailed seat plan there. The good thing is you will get the google map of the seat plan. It will help you to find your seat easily. 

GST Admission Result

Well GST Admission Result 2024 is the most important part of the GST Integrated Admission System. At first I would mention that the Guccho Admission Result will be published through the official website gstadmission.ac.bd portal. So you have to login into this portal for knowing your result. 

To check your result-

• Go to the admission portal- gstadmission.ac.bd. There you have to login with credentials. 
• Please enter your User ID and Password for login
• If the login is completed, then you will find the ‘result’ option. Click on it
• Then, you will get to see your detailed result. It Includes your merit score and merit position. 

Note: All the candidates of GST can check out their results by following this method. 

GST A Unit Result, GST B Unit Result, GST C Unit will be published in different dates. For your kind information, your merit position is much important for the final admission. 

Subject Choice Application

Candidates who are selected in the merit list will submit the subject choice form. It is to mention that the students will get subject according to their merit position and the subject choice preference. You need to submit the subject choice form through gstadmission.ac.bd.

Before you go for the subject choice form, you need to make sure that you have listed your chosen subjects. Because, the subject choice is much important for the admission procedure. If any selected candidate dont submit the subject choice application then his/her admission will be dismissed. 

GST Final Admission

The final admission will be completed through gstadmission.ac.bd portal. Fina admission is the last step for the admission procedure. It will be started after all the merit lists and waiting list published from the authority and all the candidates have known about their subjects. 

For your kind information, you have to submit the required papers for the final admission. Also you have to pay the admission fee. 

The final admission timeline has been introduced by the GST Authority. If you have been selected, then you must complete the final admission before the deadline.
