The admission system of DU is important to understand since you are going to sit for the test. The admission system relies on these parts-
Online application: The first step of the admission system is to submit an online application. Every candidate will submit his/her DU Admission Online Application through admission.eis.du.ac.bd portal.
Admission Test: The admission test will be held in different dates for different units. Each candidate has to take part and pass the admission test to get a seat.
Admission Result: After the admission test, the result will be revealed within one month. The merit list will be published.
Final Admission: The candidates who will be selected in the merit list have to complete the final admission. It is an important part of the system, if any candidate fails to complete the final admission then his/her admission will be dismissed.
Dhaka University Admission Circular

DU Circular 2024 depicts the timeline for the admission. First of all, it shows the online application starting and ending date. The circular also contains the admission test date for each unit. According to the notice, there are three four units this year- A Unit, B Unit, C Unit and Cha Unit. Each unit has different requirements/eligibility, test date and question pattern.

DU Admission Requirements
The most important requirement is that the candidate must pass the HSC exam this year. DU does not accept second timers.
Each unit has different criteria for the admission. So you need to be confirmed that you are fully eligible for the admission test before you go for the admission.eis.du.ac.bd Online Application. The requirements are-
A Unit- A Unit is for the science faculties. Candidates have to obtain at least GPA- 3.50 in SSC and HSC; total GPA 8.00 needed.
B Unit- B Unit is for the humanities faculties. Candidates have to obtain at least GPA- 3.00 in SSC and HSC; total GPA 7.00 needed.
C Unit- C Unit is for the business studies faculties. Candidates have to obtain at least GPA- 3.50 in SSC and HSC; total GPA 8.00 needed.
F Unit- F Unit is for the fine arts faculties. Candidates have to obtain at least GPA- 3.00 in SSC and HSC; total GPA 6.50 needed.

Note: Each unit exam will be held for 90 minutes. There will be both MCQ and written part for A Unit, B unit and C Unit test. The F Unit test will be held for drawing in extra.

The Online application is the most important part of the admission system. While you submitting your application, you need to enter your all academic and personal information including your address. You need to be careful for the application.
Here, the application procedure is clearly described. It is better if you follow this step-by-step process-
- First of all, go to the official website admission.eis.du.ac.bd. There you will find ‘Login’ option.
- Click on it, there you have to enter your SSC and HSC information to enter
- After then, you need to provide your address properly and enter your other personal and academic information
- It is a very important part that you need to select your unit name there.
- Then, you need to make the payment. You can use Bkash, Rocket, Nagad etc. mobile banking system for the payment.
- After making the payment, the online application will be completed.

DU Admit Card
Dhaka University Admit Card 2024 is published a few days after the online application ended. If you are a candidate for the DU admission, then your DU Admission Test Admit Card is now available to download.
DU A Unit Admit Card, DU B Unit Admit Card, DU C Unit Admit card and DU Fine Arts Unit Admit Card are published simultaneously. So all the DU candidates will collect their admit card.

DU Seat Plan
The DU Seat Plan 2024 is essential to attend the admission test. Without he seat plan you cannot take part in the admission test. To check your DU Seat Plan, go to the admission portal. There login with your SSC and HSC roll. After you logged in, you will see the detailed seat plan there. Click on it and you will get the seat plan with google map.
Note: each unit seat seat plan will be revealed two days earlier of the admission test. So until then, keep patience.
DU Admission Result
DU Admission Result 2024 is one of the most important part of the admission system. Well each unit admission result is not published by the same time. To check your result-
- Go to the admission portal admission.eis.du.ac.bd. There you have to login with credentials.
- Please enter your SSC and HSC Roll number for login
- Then click on the ‘Result’ option and you will find your results
Note: You will the find the detailed infographic of your results. You will see your MCQ part mark and the written part mark individually. Also your total mark and the merit position will be mentioned.

Dhaka University Final Admission
Congratulations to the students who have been select in the DU Merit List. Now these students will go through the final admission. The final admission is the last step of the DU admission system. The candidates must complete the final procedure to confirm the seats. Final admission will be completed through admission.eis.du.ac.bd.
